Welcome to the monthly CTMH SOTM blog Hop!
This Hop will feature the March SOTM, which is "Winged Masterpiece", an amazing set of 15 stamps & it could be yours for only $5. It will be fun to see the stamping inspiration found on this hop.
If you came here from  Miss. Carrie's Blog
you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating Makers on Melinda’s Blog: HERE!
This month we have approximately 19 Close To My Heart Makers sharing their creations using the March SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs.  This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one!
Here we go
I decided to create a Double Z-fold Card.
Such a great stamp, so many possibilities, I random stamped the butterfly.  Though, have other ideas, it's a work in progress and I need a 36 hour DAY!!

Second attempt - larger size card (5X7)
to accommodate the large butterfly
Also decided to ink the butterfly using
Ink Oxides
Paprika and White Daisy cardstock
 Intense Black Ink
The White Daisy Z fold card measures 7" X 10-1/2"
scored at 2-3/4, 5-1/2.
The smaller inserted Z card measures
4" x 9" scored at 3" and 6"
To create a contrast, I colored the butterfly using
Distressed Oxide inks: mixed "Mustard Seed" with "Candied Apple" to emphasize the larger flowers creating the Paprika tone and colored around them with Peacock Feathers
I wasn't happy with my first attempt.
I needed a larger card
4 1/4 X 5 1/2 just wasn't large enough
for that lovely butterfly!
