CTMH Technique Hop - "Altered Wooden Shapes"

This blog hop will showcase techniques using "Altered Wooden Shapes".
This month we have 11 CTMH Makers sharing their creations using unique techniques with "Altered Wooden Shapes" and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This blog hop is a complete circle so you can start wherever you want and continue through to see all the "Altered Wooden Shapes" artwork. This is simple to do; just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one!

If you came here from Wendy Kessler's blog you are on the right path!  If you get lost along the way, you'll find the complete list of participating Makers on Melissa's Blog HERE.  Here we go!
I was stumped with this challenge, all I could imagine is changing the wood to look like metal by embossing the wood shape; so that's what I did!!  The wood shapes take well to coloring with markers, shimmer brush, inking them, so, why not alter the wooden shape with embossing powder!?            I'm eager to see the other "Altered Wooden Shapes."
