I'm in love with this stamp set. Love the flowers and the possibilities for what I can do with them. So here are a couple ideas.
The cardbase is 8 ½ by 4 ¼ scored at 4 ¼. ~ The solid colors measure 3 ¼ X 4 ½, and 2 ¼ X 3 ½. The largest white layer measures 4 X 5 ¼, the middle size layer measures 3 X 4 ¼ , and the smallest white layer measures 2 X 3 ¼. Temporarily attach the three white pieces of cardstock with a little adhesive when you stamp, so the paper doesn’t move, and then the images will line up when you put the card together. You may see gaps in the stamped image, but that is OK. When you layer in the colored cardstock, it will cover those gaps.
Card # 3
This is a Pinterest inspired card combining ideas from two cards, one by Kelly Achenson the other by Barb Engler. Gold embossed flowers, then I sponged some color across the flowers. You could also use the watercolor resist technique for a similar effect.
I love the layered look! I did some in Christmas cards.
ReplyDeleteAll so gorgeous- I love that third card with the Pinterest inspired techniques!
