Technique Hop - "Stencil It!"

Welcome to the May CTMH Technique Blog Hop!

Stamp set:   A Million Little Things

Stencil: created from CTMH Artistry: Cricut cut  cardstock sponged with Peach Ink

Used the watercolor brush and Peach ink (squeeze the ink into the lid) to color the flower

Lagoon Cardstock from the Blue Skies bundle with the UV shiny design.

Sequins from the Silver loose sequins - I selected 3 clear iridescent sequins - they looked peach when I was gluing them on the card and when I took the picture, reflected the lagoon color.

I saw a "Double Easel" card and decided to make it.

LOVE the flowered paper in the "Stitched Together" Paper Pack.

Used it for this card.  I got the fun Pinwheel Die in the National Scrapbooking Day Bundle you can also get it as a stand-alone item (CC5204)   The watering can is part of the 

Beautiful Day Stamp + Thin Cuts

I cut out the butterful that was hidden under the pinwheel and layered it to be 3D under the watering can.  I enjoy fussy cutting so used some scraps inside the card where I can write or stamp a sentiment.

Here we go! 

This was fun and easy.  I used the card stock from the Blue Skies Bundle - it has some really cool shiny designs.  I liked the green and thought it would blend well with the Julep glitter paper.  I tried to splatter some shine from the Julep Shimmer Brush and then decided I also needed some Julep sequins.  Confetti for a celebration - the embossing folder is the Celebrate embossing folder.
This month is National Scrapbooking Month.  May 2, CTMH is having a 12-hour crafting event for National Scrapbooking Day.  I'm so excited!! crafting with friends.  It seems like it's been forever since I've been able to share some time with my crafty friends.  So I decided to combine pinwheel from the Blue Skies Bundle with the May SOTM. 

The pinwheel is the cute little grey die-cut on the right toward the bottom by the stamp sets.  This bundle is the best deal!!
