Base and Bling Buffet
A month ago I attended a fun evening in Vancouver, Canada with some of my CTMH friends. We were treated to a "Base and Bling Buffet". It was a table spread with bowls of charms, bling, pendants and chains to make a necklace. The amazing thing was how fast and easy these lovely necklaces are to make.
