Here we go!

This card was inspired by the card on page 99 of the CTMH Annual Inspirations.  I embossed the gold foil paper and as you can see, it really embosses well. I double stamped the sentiment in emerald ink - first and second generation and added a small flower cluster sponge inked with thistle and emerald.  The ribbon is from the adventure ribbon pack and the flowers from this month's special "From the Heart" stamp set. I used emerald CS for the Cricut cut (Artbooking) doily edge around the circle.

Now, hop on over to Debi McBains' Blog to see what kind of fabulous art she's created.   Be sure to drop a comment, we enjoy the encouragement.  I hope you enjoy the Hop!

I decided to combine the SOTM "Feel so Blessed" with the "From the Heart" Kit.  Lots of different stamps fit with the base cards as well as using the "From the Heart" stamp set with other not so interactive cards.
I love the gold embossing and decided the last minute to add some gold from the shimmer brush to the center of the flowers.  Well, I shook the pen and then noticed an obvious splatter on the sentiment, so I deliberately splattered more to make it look "intentional"  haha - well, I do know someone who will enjoy the extra bling - the card isn't a total loss. Lesson learned: protect your work when prepping the shimmer pen!
I also used thistle ink, bashful and fern on the top of the card.
Inside the card I used watercolor with Gold Glitter Gems.

I love feathers so went with a feather "bouquet".
The left feather was curved prior to stamping - only with the acrylic stamps is that possible.
Stamped the feather with memento tuxedo black and sponge daubed Peacock and Fern.
Gold embossed the center feather and the sentiment, "Thanks".
Distressed the edges of the tag with a scissors and inked it with Peacock.
Wrapped the tag with the gold and emerald? ribbon from Adventure ribbon pack
Go figure! it was there and the blending of peacock and fern looked OK to me.
I planned to use the twine from Enchantment - it wasn't to be found!
So many options.  So much fun!
